    Product Description

DC9-60V 400W BLDC Three-phase DC Brushless Motor Controller PWM Hall Motor Control Driver Board Motor Driver Module

This drive is a DC three-phase brushless control board, which requires the motor to have a Hall to work normally

This driver is only suitable for a DC brushless motor with an electrical angle of 120 degrees. The newly upgraded BLDC wide voltage 6-60V high power 400W DC three-phase brushless motor with Hall controller.

Support PLC 0-5V analog quantity control

    Support PWM control Amplitude 2.5-5V

    Motherboard specifications:

Product name: 400W brushless DC motor driver with Hall effect

    Working voltage: 6-60V

Maximum current: rated 16A and peak value 20A

    Maximum power: 400W

    Overcurrent protection: Yes

    Product size: length 63MM*width 45MM*height 31MM

    Weight: about 77g

    Precautions:

    1. There is no fuse in the power supply circuit on the motherboard. Jianyi has added it himself. Reversed connection of the positive and negative poles of the power supply will cause permanent damage to some of the chips on the board (not even a few seconds at high current)

    2. There is sampling over-current protection at the output of the motor during normal operation. Because the power and current of the module are very large, please do not artificially short-circuit when the module is not working normally. Once the short-circuit, the circuit may be burnt and the tube may burst. Please test the machine for the first time. Please test with low current and low voltage. After ok, connect with high current and high voltage. Since it is a bare board module, please pay attention to the insulation of the wiring head. It is forbidden for strong voltage to touch the parts on the board.

    3. Do not connect the motor that is obviously inconsistent with the voltage, current, or power of the drive module, or the motor is very different, to avoid inexplicable "nonsensical" damage

    External signal input description:

    1. When the PWM signal is input from the 2 ports of the motherboard P G (the built-in potentiometer on the board is adjusted to the minimum, and the short interface on the board is shorted at the same time, see the diagram above) amplitude 2.5-5V, frequency 50HZ-20KHZ.

    2. When the external analog 0-5V input, input from the 2 terminal ports of the main board (the potentiometer on the board is adjusted to the minimum, the wiring is shown by the dotted line in the figure above)

    3. When the external potentiometer is used to adjust the speed, connect it to the 3 terminal ports of the main board (the potentiometer on the board is adjusted to the minimum, and the wiring is indicated by the potentiometer on the picture)

    4. The forward, reverse and stop are grounded through a switch (0 potential). Low level is valid, or an external MCU can give a low level signal. The brake is connected to a 5V high level effective through a switch. The front row of wiring terminals are all weak current signals directly input to the MCU master control, and cannot be touched or exposed to high voltage and strong current.

    Interface Description:

    1. MA MB MC Phase line output is connected to the motor

    2. 5V GND The motherboard comes with a 5V power supply (the power can be externally supplied, and the current does not exceed 50MA)

    3. VCC GND main power supply (external DC power supply)

    4. SC speed pulse signal output (only the interface is reserved, no technical support)

5DIR direction control Positive and negative control interface (low level is effective and can be connected to the ground with an external switch)

6STOP Stop Stop control interface (active low level, external switch to ground can be connected)

7BRAKE brake control Brake control interface (high level is effective, 5V external switch can be connected)

    8. Speed control speed control signal input (onboard integrated potentiometer speed control can also be connected with 0-5V analog quantity PWM dual signal input speed control)

9.Ha Hb Hc +5V GND Hall signal power supply input interface, generally the motor with Hall has 5 corresponding wires

SMD technology, stable performance after upgrade, with forward and reverse rotation, stop and brake function

After receiving the driver board, check whether the interface can correspond to your brushless motor interface.

    1. Generally, there are 5 Hall cables or interfaces on brushless motors. Two of them are Hall power lines and three are Hall signal lines. It should be distinguished, especially Hall power supply lines (Hall power lines generally use red and black wires). , Or not, I don’t know how to find a way to find a motor manufacturer.) Don’t make a mistake. The three Hall signal wires are generally marked with abc, and there are also three ports ha, Hb, Hc and similar characters on the driver board.

    2. There are three thicker phase wires on the motor. There are also three phase wires on the drive board. They are marked with MA MB MC and other similar characters, and they are connected respectively. After confirming that they are correct, the main power supply can work normally after powering on. (If the interfaces are correctly mapped according to the label, the power will not work, and the possibility that the manufacturer’s label is not standardized or other reasons is not ruled out. Please debug according to the following 3 unclear interface definitions)

    3. If you don’t know the definition of the motor phase line and the Hall line, you can connect the three phase lines of the motor to the drive phase line interface arbitrarily, and at the same time connect the three signal lines of the Hall line to the Hall interface on the drive board ( But the two Hall power supply lines must find a way to find and connect, remember!!!) Then, when the power is turned on for the first time, debug with low voltage and low current (if possible, use constant current power supply voltage to adjust to 7-12V current 1-2A), then change the order of the three Hall wires randomly (change any two between the three Hall signal wires of the motor and the drive Hall interface, and test each time after the power is switched on), until it can rotate smoothly after power-on Run it means the wiring is correct
