There are generally five Hall cables on brushless motors, two of which are Hall power supply lines and three are Hall signal lines, to distinguish them, especially the power supply line
The sequence of the three Hall signal wires connected to the driver board must correspond to the order of the three phase wires of the motor to the driver board to work properly.
If the Hall line definition is unclear
It can be debugged with low voltage and low current at the first power-on. By slowly changing the sequence of the Hall lines several times until it works normally, do not debug with high current and high voltage. If the sequence of the Hall lines is not connected, just High voltage and high current test machine, risk of MOS tube damage
If the three Hall signal cables are connected correctly, the motor runs silky smooth at low speed and the torque is large. If the three Hall signal cables are not connected, the following characteristics
1 The motor cannot be started normally or is difficult to start (sometimes the motor needs to be manually turned to start)
2 The motor starts to shake and is weak and has a bath sound. The power tube is extremely hot.
