1. Why we don't send shoeboxes?

Generally in order to pass your local customs easier and faster, we will pack your shoes without boxes.

If with shoeboxes, And they are easy-broken on the way. While if without shoeboxes, it would save money for you.

2. Declared Value for Customs:

Normally we will declare $10-$25 value on each package and mark it as "Casual Shoes or Gift". If you have any special requirement, please indicate in the order. Thank you.

3. How to choose the right size?

You could measure the length of your feet. If the length is 265mm, then you could choose Men US 8.5 = Eur 42 = UK 7.5.

It's our suggestion but we don't guarantee it.

4. When will the package be shipped?

Usually we ship goods within 48 hours after receiving the order. However, if some products happen to run out of stock, or due to bad weather or other reasons, we will contact you immediately. Then you could decide whether to continue to wait, or choose another style/color for replacement, or you could also apply for a refund.

5. How soon will the package deliver?

For most packages, they will deliver within 15-40 days by Epacket. Please consider well if it's acceptable to you before ordering.
