Remote Turn on/off car engine

Connect relay with gps tracker, then you can send sms command to turn on/off car engine. This is how the relay works: When receive the command success, it will cut 0.1 second, then recover 0.1 second,  cut 0.1 second, then recover 0.1 second, repeat. till 1 minute later, it cut the engine.For security reason, only when speed is less than 20KM/H it can cut success.
