This is an AUX in adapter and 4 removal pins (tools) for Ford 5000 CD, 6000 CD, 6006 CDC factory fitted CD/radio head units.The adapter works with units which have a volume adjustment knob located in the centre of the unit and AUX button in the top left corner of the unit, as per pictures below:
