If motor need high speed rotate,like spindle motor, you should set the inverter parameter as below:
01-03=400,01-04=400,01-05=400
01-15=6
So it is ok
01-03 = 400, 01-04 = 400, 01-05 = 400
this is set to MAX 400hz
if you want to set MAX 70hz,
01-03=70,01-04=70 ,01-05=70
