The thermal conductivity of copper is more than three times that of brass. The copper alloy we use is hardened to reduce the oxidation of copper at high temperature. Higher thermal conductivity also slightly increases your heating time and provides tighter temperature control.
This copper alloy has strong temperature elasticity and will not begin to soften or anneal before exceeding 500 ℃ ° C. Make it perfect for high temperature printing that other nozzles can't handle.
