DGK-01 and DGK-01W voltage control relays are designed to block monophse loads malfunctions arising from network.

Usage and Working Principle

To set the high voltage value: set the "U>" control knob to the desired value.

To set the low voltage value: set the "U<" control knob to the desired value.

To set the delay time: set the "t" control knob to the desired value.

The set values is displayed on the display when adjusting with the setting knobs.2 seconds after releasing the set knob then on the display shows the measured voltage value.

If the voltage is between the set high "U>" and low "U<" voltage set values, the "Out" LED turns on and the relay is energised.

Protection Functions

High Voltage Protection - To enter the error state: lf the voltage goes above the high voltage set value, the "U>" LED is on, the device waits until the set delay time "t", after the time has elapsed the relay gets de-activated and the "Out" LED is off.

High Voltage Protection - Exiting the error state: When the voltage drops below 5V of the high voltage set value, the device waits for the delay time "t". After the time passes, the "U>" LED is off, the relay gets activated and the Out LED is on.

Low Voltage Protection - To enter the error state: lf the voltage goes below the low voltage set value, the "U<" LED is on, the device waits until the set delay time "t", after the time has elapsed the relay gets de-activated and the "Out" LED is off.

Low Voltage Protection - Exiting the error state: When the voltage goes above 5V of the low voltage set value, the device waits for the reset time "t". After the time passes, the "U<" LED is off, the relay gets activated and the "Out" LED is on.

Relay States
Relay is Activated: 2(COM) and 3(NO) close, 1(NC) and 2(COM) open.
Relay is de-activated: 2(COM) and 1(NC) close, 3(NO) and 2(COM) open.

Maintenance

Switch off the device and release from connections. Clean the trunk of device with a swab. Don’t use any conductor or chemical
might damage the device. Make sure device works after cleaning

Warnings

Please use the device according to the manual.
Don’t use the device in wet.
Include a switch and circuit breaker in the assembly.
Put the switch and circuit breaker nearby the device, operator can reach easily.
Mark the switch and circuit breaker as releasing connection for device.
