Q: Is compatible with the reolink cloud?

A: Hi! 4MP dual-lens IP PoE camera Reolink Duo PoE cannot work with Reolink Cloud. It records and saves to the SD card.       You may manage it on the Reolink  APP/Client.

Q: How far is the motion detection range?

A:  Hello, since the motion detection range is related to the size of the object, the range of movement and the sensitivity of       your camera, so the specific value of detection distance cannot be given. However, you can still adjust the detection             sensitivity and detection zone based on your needs, please don't worry about that.

Q: How does the time lapse work with android app?Can I set it to time lapse say for 12 hrs a day, 7 days a week?Will it              record timelapse to nvr or sd card?

A:  Yes, you can select how long you want the camera to capture before it automatically finishes,  the captures will be                stored on the SD card.

Q: Can i use it at night ?

A:  Of course, DUO poe comes with 8 spotlights and has the function of color night vision, allowing you to see more clearly      at night.

Q: When connected to reolink poe nvr, is video from the camera recoded as one combined video, or is recoded as two separate               videos?

A:  For dual-lens cameras, you can simultaneously view and playback both lenses via the Reolink client/app.
But you can only download one lens's videos at a time.

Q: Does it support google assistant or alexa? I want to be able to view video feeds and get alerts from my google and              alexa iot devices.

A:  Sorry it doesn't support, if you want you can consider our Reolink brand other WIFI machine.

Q: How much wattage this camera using on my poe switch. how much will it consume so i know how much is left in the power bank?

A:  Reolink Duo PoE will consume no more than 12W.

A:  Hello, the field of view for Reolink Duo PoE is 150°, each lens has 75° field of view.

Q: What's the Working Environment for Reolink POE Cameras?

A:The DUO POE camera works under the below environment:
Operating temperature: -10°C~+55°C (14°F~131°F),Operating Humidity: 10%~90%.

Q: Is this camera onvif conformant? what is the streaming protocol? i want to know if i can add this camera to another             brand nvr or  nvr software.

A: Since the Duo PoE support RTSP protocol, you can add it to some third party software like Blue Iris. However, we don't        recommend you use it with the NVR from other brands. Since different NVR suppliers may use different protocols, it            may cause some compatibility problems when you add them. For the best user experience, we recommend you use it          with Reolink PoE NVR.
