Q: How long does the battery last?

A: Hello, This camera comes with the 6500mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Normally, the battery lasts for about 1 - 4 weeks.We recommend you to use Reolink Solar Panel to get non-stop power. The camera will send you the low-battery notification when the battery level goes down to 10%.

Q: Can Reolink 4G Cameras Be Connect to WiFi?

A: Hello, Reolink Go/GO PT/GO Plus operates on 4G-LTE and 3G networks. It does not support WiFi connection.

Q: Does Battery-Powered Cameras Support Adding User Accounts?

A: Hello, Reolink battery-powered cameras only has the default user account "admin". Users cannot add other user accounts on the battery-powered cameras.

Other Reolink cameras（POE/WIFI) could add 19 user accounts. With the default admin account, there are 21 accounts in total.

Q: Does this ip camera support waterproof?

A: Hello, it supports IP65 waterproof. IP65 rating has the same protection level against dust and dirt with IP66, while its protection is slightly weaker in water resistance, but it can still withstand water and be weatherproof, which means that it would still be suitable for some outdoor use.

Q: How Much Data Does Reolink Go Series Need in Normal Usage?

A: Hello, for Reolink Go Plus/ Go PT Plus, the default bit rate is 3Mbps for the mainstream (up to 4Mbps) and 160 kbps for the sub-stream (up to 512 kbps).

With 1 GB of data plan, under the default settings, it can be used for continuous live video viewing for 30 minutes in mainstream type(clear mode). And about 10 hours in substream type(fluent mode). Under normal usage, 2 GB of data monthly will be enough.

Q: Can I Charge the Battery via 3rd Party Solar Panel?

A: Hello, Reolink Battery Powered cameras are designed to work with Reolink Solar Panel, so it's not suggested to charge Reolink batteries via 3rd party solar panel and we can't ensure 3rd party solar panel will charge Reolink batteries fully.

If you still want to use 3rd party/other brands Solar panel, please choose 9V 2A solar panel. Over 9V 2A, the battery will be overcharged and easily to be damaged.
