3: Support XM XVI function,this XVI function only from XM brand DVRs.

1: How to make sure the camera can work with DVR ? Your dvr must be lowest 1080N,like the AHD 1080P/4MP/5MP/4K, the AHD 720P 960P DVR will not work. 2: If my dvr is not XM ahd dvr, will it work witn my dvr ? If your dvr support the coaxiol control, you can set your dvr PTZ setting to "ALL" ,if you do not know how to set it, you can ask our worker online. 3: If the camera work well when contact the power, but will have the wave when rotate the camera, what is the problem? This problem is because of the video cable, the cable have no enough power to support the item rotate, you need make sure that you have use the very good quality video cable 4: How can we do if we get the item and not working ?
