Common Problem

Q1.After I receive the product, do I need to install the driver/operate to pair the transmitter?

No, the transmitter will automatically enter the pairing state with the headset when it is used for the first time, and the connection will be successful.

Q2. Why is it not connected to the earphones after I plug in the transmitter

Please ensure that the headset is within 5 meters of the transmitter. If there are multiple unsuccessful connections, please (long press the multi-function button for 8 seconds) to restore the factory settings and clear the Bluetooth pairing record.

Q3. My device only has a USB-C interface, can it be used?

The UG-05 transmitter is a USB interface. In order to increase compatibility, a USB-C adapter is included in the product, which is very suitable for in-game chat and voice calls on USB-C devices.

Q4. Why is my range shorter than expected

Insert the Bluetooth transmitter into the back panel of the PC because there is power interference, please plug it in another USB port, it is best to insert the UG-05 transmitter into the front panel of the PC computer

These are some common causes of short distance/audio instability:

·The range depends on the sending and receiving equipment. Please test the received Bluetooth device with your mobile phone to confirm that the range is acceptable.

·The operating range may be affected by physical obstacles (walls, people, etc.), wireless interference (Wi-Fi routers, wireless TV adapters, etc.).

· An unstable Bluetooth connection may cause range and audio problems. Please reset/clear the pairing history of the two devices, then pair/reconnect again.

·If you plug in a USB 3.0 port, please change to another (preferably non-3.0) USB port. The USB 3.0 standard has a known interference problem with Bluetooth.

· If you stream content (video or music) from an online source, a slow Internet connection may cause audio problems. Please check if your internet speed is acceptable.

The unstable power output of the USB port can also cause range and audio problems. If you are using a desktop computer, try using an extension cable to try to connect to the USB port on the back of the computer. You can also try a USB hub with a power adapter.
.PS4 When using PS5, please insert the front panel, insert the rear panel due to too much heat, resulting in unstable operation of the transmitter, audio jams, intermittent problems may occur.
