▶ Please DRY TEST the LCD first before proceeding to glue/attach any other part

▶ By "Dry Testing", we mean only connecting the digitizer & LCD cables to the motherboard & powering up the device without putting it on the frame

▶ Make sure all alphabets can touch/The screen no auto touch/No lagging. Do not install if you are not satisfied with the quality or face any problem with it. No warranty will be given if you have glued the item*

❌ Scratches on LCD

❌ Physical Damaged

❌ Inner LCD Cracked

❌ Screw Mark on LCD

❌ Flex Cable/Connector is broken

❌ Traces of glue mark on LCD

❌ Cracked on home button/speaker hole

❌ The warranty sticker has been peel out

Why after changing the part but the problem still exists

It might be

▶ touch ic, if the LCD can't be touched/auto touch

▶ display ic, if no display/blank screen

▶ backlight ic, if your LCD has certain black spots or light which is dimmer

【Friendly Reminder】

▶ Special skill & techniques required for proper installation

▶ No installation instructions will be provided. It is not an easy job for someone who has no experience at all

▶ Strongly recommend looking for PROFESSIONAL for replacement. We will not hold responsible for any damages to your mobile phone that may cause during the replacement process

▶ Please remove the battery connector before installing to avoid short-circuit

▶ Only use glue/adhesive that is specific for handphone spare part. We won't proceed with any warranty if you use the wrong type

▶ Please clear all old glue first before proceed to install the LCD

▶ If your housing is bent, please change the housing first before proceeding to replace the LCD. Else it might break easily

【Return & Exchange Policy】

▶ If you find a defect with any product purchased, please let us know within 3 days from the day that you received your item

▶ We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return results from our error

▶ If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping amount

▶ If the part appears to have been damaged from an attempted installation, we will not be able to offer any form of refund/exchange & do not bear the postage

▶ Please note that the warranty/refund process might take up to 2-5 working days to complete
