General message to all our lovely customers (Updated 4th July 2017)

​Please key in your full names, full addresses, full contact information when placing orders with us. All these information will be submitted through the Officematics system to our post office directly, and delivery will be made according to the information you provided. We have experiences where customers input incomplete contact information into system, and leave us messages telling us to manually change the information after that. We are really sorry that we cannot do that, because all our airway bills are system-generated.
