This sight tool for the Mosin Nagant M91/30 is CNC machined to exacting tolerances. Adjusting screws are steel with the ends milled flat (normal set screws are made to bite into the metal they are tightened against, and if not modified will distort the front sight where it is pushing against) and the threads machined off the tips to make sure they do not contact the sight shroud while adjusting. The tool is also abrasive media tumbled after machining so there are no sharp edges to scratch your rifle or cut the operator. Allen wrench is included for the adjusting screws.Unlike other adjusters this one can be used without the pain of removing the cleaning rod during use. Slightly pull down on the cleaning rod when you slide the tool onto the barrel, then once in place the cleaning rod will hold it with a slight spring pressure against the tool.

This tool only works on the Mosin Nagant 91/30.If you have any other variant of Mosin Nagant do not order this tool. This tool will NOT work with the M91, M44, M38 or the T53.
