How to calculate power?

Voltage*Voltage÷resistance=electric power

12K=33ohm/meter
For example, using 10m 12K carbon fiber cable on 220V, the power is:
220V*220V÷(10meters*33Ω)=147W

For example, using 1m 12K carbon fiber cable on 24V, the power is:
24V*24V÷(1 meter*33Ω)=17.5W

- The longer length, the smaller power, and lower heating temperature. The max enduring wattage is 25W/m, please do not beyond 25W/m.

Notice

1. Please use suitable length according to the voltage, or it will not work.
2. The heating cable can not overlap when using. Can not cross!
3. The newly produced carbon fiber cable will have a little smell because of the rubber jacket, the smell will disappear after using or put the cable in ventilation area for several days, the smell will disappear.

Installation Suggestions

Because of the feature of the carbon fiber cable, this cable cannot be used for a long length. For underfloor heating on 220V, we suggest to use 10m per piece, and connect all the pieces in parallel connections. Keep the distance between cables 8~ 12cm.
