Features or sturcture

KSD9700 series thermal protector is made of disc-shaped high sensitive bimetallic elements, moving contacts, static contacts, fixed base, shell and temperature resistance.

Wire and other components. Fully enclosed structure can protect components from dust or impurities pollution, prevent the penetration of paint and damage of external forces.

When working, the bimetallic elements are in free state, the moving contacts and the static contacts are closed, and the circuit is on. When using electrical appliances, they are heated by faults.

When the temperature rises to the operating temperature of the thermal protector, the bimetallic element will be heated to produce internal stress and move quickly, pushing the contact away from the static state.

The contacts disconnect the circuit, thereby cutting off the power supply of the fault electrical apparatus to protect the electrical apparatus. When the temperature of the protected electrical appliance drops to that of the thermal protector

When the reset temperature is rated, the bimetallic elements return to the initial state and the contacts are closed, and the electrical appliances return to normal operation. The product has low resistance.
