User Tips

1. What should I pay attention to when using my HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X for the first time?

You need to activate your earbuds before using them for the first time. Place them into the charging case and close the lid for 10 seconds to have them activated and make them in use.

2. How do I restore my HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X to factory settings?

Open the charging case, then press and hold the function button at the bottom for at least 10 seconds. When the red indicator flashes, the earbuds have been restored to their factory settings.

3. Is the HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X waterproof?

The earbuds are splash-proof only. Please wipe them dry as soon as possible if they are splashed with water and do not rinse or submerge them in water. The charging case is not waterproof.

4. What should I do if my HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X is uncomfortable to wear?

Our ears can be sensitive due to having an extensive network of capillaries and nerves. Adjust how the earbuds fit if slight discomfort is felt the first time you put them on.

5. What should I do if the earbuds fall off easily?

Semi in-ear earphones can provide a more comfortable fit. Wearing earphones during intense exercise is not recommended

6. No pop-up window is shown when the earbuds are taken out of the charging case.

HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X do not support pop-up window. More information about them can be found in the mobile app.

7. Does HONOR CHOICE Earbuds X support OTA updates?

Android users can update their earbuds using the mobile app. Updating is currently not supported on iOS devices.

8. Can I connect the earbuds to two phones simultaneously?

No. You will have to disconnect from the current phone before connecting to another device.

9. How do I enable game mode?

Press and hold both earbuds for 3 seconds to enable game mode.

10. How to check the battery level of my earbuds?

Once they are connected to your phone, the battery status of your Earbuds X will be shown in the notification bar. If you are using an Android phone, you can also install our mobile app to see battery details.

11. How do I check the battery level of the charging case?

Open the charging case and check the LED indicator. The indicator is red if the battery level is lower than 20% and blue if the battery level is higher than 20%.

12. Can I adjust audio volume with my earbuds?

No. Please use your phone to adjust the volume.

13. What should I do if the sound is choppy?

Data transmission can be affected in locations with strong interference but will return to normal once you move away from them.

14. Why can't I wake up the voice assistant?

The "Triple tap to wake up voice assistant" feature is not available during music playback.

15. Do the earbuds support wearing detection, automatic pause, and automatic play?

Wearing detection is not supported on the Earbud X.

16. What should I do if there is no sound from the earbuds?

Please ensure that the earbuds are connected to your phone, then check if the volume is turn up on the phone as well.
