• S1 Tws headset has three music modes, the switching settings are as follows:

  Stand-alone mode setting method: Open the lid, take out any earphone, and connect directly to the Bluetooth of the mobile phone.

  Independent mode setting method: open the lid, take out any earphone, long press for 5S to turn off, release and then long press for 10S, when the indicator light turns pink, the setting is successful! You can connect different mobile phones separately.

  Pairing mode setting method: Open the lid, take out the two earphones at the same time, press and hold for 5S at the same time to turn off, release and then press and hold for 10S, when the indicator light turns pink, the setting is successful!

• Steps to use for the first time (important & must-see)

1. Open the package, take out the headphones, Remove the insulation label.

2. Put the headphones back in the charging box and charge the charging box to 100%.

3. Open the charging box, wait for pairing (about 3 seconds).

4. Pairing was successful (only one indicator light flashes) ， Wear headphones.

5. Find HAPPYAUDIO S1 in the phone's Bluetooth list and connect.

Troubleshooting Method:

1. Only one Headphones has sound/cannot be paired/mono switch dual-channel?

Solution: restore factory settings

step:

① Delete the “HAPPYAUDIO S1” connected to the phone

② Simultaneously press and hold the Headphones MFB button for 5 seconds to turn off

③ After confirming that the Headphones is turned off, press and hold the MFB button on the left/ right Headphones for 10 seconds at the same time until the indicator light turns “pink”.

④ Put the Headphones back into the charging box, open the cover and wait for 3 seconds, the left/ right Headphones are automatically paired.

⑤ Open the Bluetooth settings of the mobile phone and select “HAPPYAUDIO S1” to connect.

2. Can't charge/Keys don't work/The Headphones shows that there is power but the battery life is short？

Solution:

①. Make sure that the Headphones is firmly fixed in the charging box, and the charging metal contacts and pins are clean. Try to clean the charging contacts between the charging box and the Headphones with a soft cloth;

When the Headphones battery is low, the button sensitivity will be reduced;

When only one of the Headphones has sufficient power, only the power of the sufficient Headphone is displayed on the phone.

②. When using the product, please pay attention to keep the charging pin clean to avoid the situation that the Headphone is not charged due to the dirty charging pin!
