2. The transformer that is self-wrapping is not suitable for this board. Most of the transformers wound by the friends themselves are less than the standard because of the number of turns. As a result, after the drive board is connected, the no-load current is huge and the drive board is burned out.
3. This board is strictly forbidden to connect with high frequency transformer, otherwise the drive board will be damaged.
The no-load output voltage depends on the transformer's transformation ratio and the input battery voltage. If the no-load is normal, the load is seriously reduced. Generally, the power of the transformer is not enough. The power here is not enough. The transformer itself is a small-power transformer, and High-power multi-winding transformer, choose 12V of it, because the transformer manufacturer does it according to the total power distribution. For example: a 500W transformer with dual 28V winding, 9V winding, and dual 12V winding The manufacturer may allocate the main 400W to the double 28V winding, and the remaining 100W is given to the 9V winding and the dual 12V. At this time, the inverter is used with 12V, which can not exert the high power at all. Even 100W is impossible. The load should also be considered whether the input wire is too thin, the battery is too small, and so on. Small batteries, thin wires, and small transformers cannot use the power of the board.
