The output current is 3a, the long-time operation is 2.1a, and the margin is sufficient.

The new scheme design is adopted, and the circuit design does not need electrolytic capacitor and tantalum capacitor (the service life of electrolytic capacitor is short, and tantalum capacitor is in danger of explosion). Three large-size solid-state ceramic capacitors (MCC) used in high-end circuits are adopted.

The ripple is very low. The 12V to 5V 3a is only about 10mV. Many ripple in the same industry have reached 500mv or more, which will cause invisible damage to the equipment and seriously lead to abnormal operation or damage of the equipment. The iPhone is very delicate.

The new scheme adopts synchronous rectification, and the circuit conversion efficiency is very high. The efficiency is as high as 97.5% when 6.5V to 5V 0.7A, and 94% when 12V to 5V 1a. Unlike some peers, the efficiency is only 60-70%. (the efficiency test removes the voltage drop of the input reverse protection diode and fuse).

The flat copper wire inductor is used to enlarge and improve the conversion efficiency. Reduce calorific value.

With the function of output overvoltage protection, the input has a 1.5A fuse, the output is 5V, and the TVS tube with 300W is used for overvoltage clamping protection to protect the USB device

At present, the peer USB step-down modules do not have overvoltage protection function, which has great potential safety hazards for USB devices. If the step-down module breaks down and 12V is directly added to your iPhone, can your iPhone be spared?

It adopts a new USB identification circuit and is compatible with iPhone, most Android phones and iPad.

The short head gold-plated borderless USB has a long service life, which is by no means comparable to the ordinary USB interface.

The input is equipped with a reverse connection protection diode, and the reverse connection of the positive and negative poles of the input will not be damaged. (the test efficiency of our shop ignores the voltage drop of the input diode and fuse)

Ultra low quiescent current, quiescent current 0.85 ma. It can be connected to the cigarette lighter line or ACC power line without adding a switch.
