5A Constant Voltage Constant Current Buck Power Module
Features: ★ The module uses imported high-quality chips, with high efficiency (up to 95%), and low heat generation. It can go up to 5A current. At the same time, it cooperates with the original TI op amp to control the output current, which makes the overall output very stable.
★ This module uses the original Sanyo filter capacitor with low ESR, which can make the ripple voltage as low as 50mV!
★ This module uses machine mount and reflow soldering. At the same time, each module undergoes two hours of aging test before shipment to ensure high reliability. Tips: Most of the modules in this shop only provide descriptions or send materials, without technical consulting support. ★ This module is an adjustable step-down module. You can change the output voltage by adjusting the blue adjustable resistor on the module. The input and output voltage difference is 1V, and the minimum voltage can be 0.8V.
★ The IN- (input negative), IN + (input positive), OUT- (output negative), OUT + (output positive) marked on the module must be connected correctly, otherwise the module may be damaged. ★ Battery charging 1. Determine the floating voltage and charging current of the battery you need to charge, and the input voltage of the module; 2. Adjust the constant voltage positioner to adjust the output voltage to about 5V. 3. Measure the output short-circuit current with the multimeter 10A current block, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value; 4. By default, the charging turn lamp current is 0.1 times the charging current (constant current value). 5. Adjust the constant voltage positioner to make the output voltage reach the floating charge voltage; 6. Connect the battery and try charging. (Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 connect the module input to the power supply, and the output is not connected to the battery.) ★ LED constant current drive 1. Determine the working current and maximum working voltage you need to drive the LED; 2. Adjust the constant voltage positioner to adjust the output voltage to about 5V. 3. Use a multimeter 10A current block to measure the output short-circuit current, and at the same time adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED working current; 4. Adjust the constant voltage positioner so that the output voltage reaches the maximum LED operating voltage; 5. Connect the LED and test the machine.
(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 connect the module input to the power supply, and the output is not connected to the LED light.)
