1: This camera Only works with Android system phone(above 4.0), support pc system. Support Android Phone which has OTG and UVC function (At present, mainstream brands of Android phones can generally be supported. Your smart phone must be Genuine which have license and support external camera, make sure that it will not shield the external camera).
Does Not support iOS system.

2 : How to detect whether the phone has OTG function: a.You need to have an OTG cable. b.Use the OTG cable to connect phone with some equipments like keyboard, mouse, U disk, and then you can use it normally, it means that the phone has OTG function.

How to use the endoscope on an Android phone?

Method 1: search for “USB Camera” or “Camera Fi” on Google Play to download and installation.

It's very easy to operate this android endoscope, just download an APP and inserted the endoscope in your device, the APP will automatic recognition it , then start to use !

(Please make sure your phone has OTG function and supports external camera.)

Method 2:

Scan the QR code on the Manual and install "USB Camera" APP , Then used endoscope connected cellphone and open the APP , it will shows picture.

Enter the URL on the mobile website: www.kkmoom.com/an99.apk
then download the APP

How to use the endoscope on the computer?

Method 1:

Plug in the computer, please download and install the software on this website：

（This connection is limited to the computer and the phone cannot be opened.）
when you used on PC , please on the device change to endoscope camera , then can have picture !

Method 2:

1. Enter the URL: http://www.kkmoom.com/pc.rar to download the installation package
2. Unzip pc.rar, select "ViewplayCapr" and install setup.exe
3. Plug the product into the USB port of your computer
5. Then open the software, select USB2.0 PC Camera under Devices, you can use it

Note: Before using the computer to connect, please make sure that your computer supports Windows XPVista/7/8/10 system

Please Note：

The above models are tested available models. And it does not work with Redmi note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro and other phone.

Directly connected mobile phones require OTG function and support for external cameras.

If your Android phone can't be used、please test it with more different Android phones. It's not guaranteed that the all Android phone can be watched properly, or you can watch it on your computer.
