    About 0-1KHz To 0-10V:


    1.Description:

    LC_F2V is a module which can transform the frequency pulse signal into analog voltage signal. It can transform 0-1KHz frequency signal into 0-10V voltage output. Adjusting frequency can change output voltage, and it can be applied to interface conversion between PLC and frequency converter or sports control card and frequency converter interface matching control


    2.Features:

    1>.Operating Voltage: 13.5-30V

    2>.Input Frequency Range: 0-1KHz

    3>.Output voltage fine tuning

    4>.Adjusting potentiometer can calibrate the relationships between frequency and voltage

    5>.Signal input port adopts optocoupler isolation, it guarantees good anti-interference capacity

    6>.F/V converter module, response time is 0.3-0.5s. If you want to adjust frequency by a large margin, it needs some time to response

    7>.Working temperature:-25~85°


    3.Interface definition:

    1>.VCC: operating power supply

    2>.GND: power ground

    3>.F: input frequency pulse signal

    4>.GND: input ground

    5>.VOUT: output corresponding voltage

    6>.GND: output ground


    4.Note:

    1>.Input different frequency, output will correspond to certain voltage

    2>.Input pulse level can be 5V, 12V, 24V, you don't have to serial connect resistor. But if you input signal frequency, the time should be more than 0.5s

    3>.If you want to use it with PLC, it supports NPN. Please make sure that there is GND wire

    4>.If you want to use it with encoder, it requires the encoder constant speed rotating for more than 0.5s


    5.Operating Introduction:

    1>.Connect the operating voltage with VCC and GND, and they cannot be reversely connected

    2>.Connect frequency pulse signal with F, then there will be corresponding voltage output in the VOUT port

    Input and output corresponding relationship: 100Hz=1V; 1KHz=10V

    3>.The module precision is 1%, and it cannot be applied to fields which has high demanding of precision

    About 0-10V To 0-10KHz:


    1.Description:

    LC_V2F is a module which can generate different frequency according to different input voltage, and it can transform 0-10V voltage into 0-10KHz frequency pulse signal.


    2.Features:

    1>.Operating Voltage: 13.5-30V

    2>.Input Controllable Voltage Range: 0-10V

    3>.Output Frequency Range: 0-10KHz

    4>.Working temperature:-25~85°


    3.Interface definition:

    1>.VCC: operating power

    2>.GND: power ground

    3>.IN+: input voltage

    4>.IN-: input ground

    5>.OCOUT: signal collector output port (if you use it with driver, it can be used)

    6>.FOUT: frequency output port (universal frequency output port)

    Two independent output: OC-OUT is NPN; FREQ-OUT is IC output. Common cathode and power negative GND are used together; when common anode connects, it is used with power positive. If the connection is common anode and power supply is 13-24V, please serial connect a 2.7K ohm resistor; if the power supply is 12V, please serial connect a 330 ohm resistor


    4.Note:

    1>.Input voltage, output frequency signal

    2>.Output signal fine tuning, users can adjust the potentiometer to calibrate the relationship between voltage and frequency

    3>.This module output can be used as pulse signal for drivers; when you use it with the driver, please choose common anode connection, relative connection wire is OC-OUT; connect driver PUL- or PUL 12-30V; connect driver PUL+ or COM +5V (if the power supply is 12V, please serial connect a 330 ohm resistor; when the power supply is 13-24V, please serial connect a 2.7K ohm resistor to limit the current)


    5.Operating Introduction:

    1>.Connect the frequency pulse signal with F, then there will be voltage output in VOUT port

    2>.Input and output corresponding relationship: 1V=1KHz; 10V=10KHz

    3>.If there is deviation, please adjust the potentiometer to calibrate
