The process of making croissants:
Pour some warm water into the yeast, wait for 15 minutes, and then mix with the egg yolk.
Mix with high gluten flour, low gluten flour, milk powder and sugar. Pour yeast and egg paste into dough.
Then cover it with a plastic wrap and wait for 30 minutes until the dough is fermented.
The dough is fermented like this.
While waiting, heat the pan and pour some oil into it, then mix it with flour.
Knead the fermented dough into rectangular slices.
You should oil the dough.
Fold dough three times.
Finally, you can use a hob to cut the dough and roll it up. Place rolled croissants on grease paper.
Put it in a 190 degree oven for about 15 minutes to finish the rolled croissants.
