2. Resolution

3. Charging


(1) Since the operating cost of this adapter is about 7.5W, the charging speed of the notebook will be slowed down by the hub adapter.

(2) It is not supported to quickly charge the phone through the usb port, because the total current of the three USB 3.0 ports is MAX 1.5A (with PD charging); only one HDD / SSD can be connected at a time.

(3) USB-C female port is only used for power supply, not for data transmission, please select power adapter according to PD protocol (not included)

(4) If the usb-c port does not support the charging function, you cannot charge the laptop through this adapter. Please confirm whether the usb-c port supports charging the device.

(5) To ensure stable signal transmission, we strongly recommend powering the adapter

(6) For Xiaomi laptops, when connecting to the original power adapter via ugreen usb c hub, the laptop screen may keep flashing. We recommend replacing it with another PD power adapter such as for Apple, Dell or other PD power adapter. The laptop is charged. Connect the original millet power adapter and all functions are valid.

4. Wi-Fi interference


To prevent Wi-Fi interference, unplug the Ethernet cable and PD charging cable from the adapter when not in use.
Or you can try this way:

(1) For Mac OS systems, you can contact the customer to get the installation driver to solve the problem;

(2) For Windows systems, you can fix it by setting network options (contact our customer service)
(3) The hub cannot support the Samsung DEX mode.
